Questions and Answers about Payment Options
1) What is PayPal and why is it on your website?
PayPal is the SECURE way to send money online for purchases and they also host the shopping cart on my website.
2) I don't have a PayPal account and don't want to have a PayPal account, so can I still make purchases and pay by a credit card?
You absolutely DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from my website nor do you have to sign up for a PayPal account. For credit card only users with no PayPal account YOU STILL MUST PROCEED through the shopping cart checkout process, and you will still click the "Pay by PayPal" or "PayPal Buy it Now" buttons in order to get to the page to fill out your credit card information. This WILL NOT give you a PayPal account. Again, they are just hosting my shopping cart and are providing a SECURE way for my customers to pay online WITHOUT a PayPal account. Of course, PayPal users can also sign in to their account on these pages as well to complete the transaction. Once credit card only users get to the page where you fill out your credit card information and once you fill it out completely, just click "Review Order and Continue" and that's all there is to it. Credit cards that are accepted through PayPal are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
3) Well I don't have a PayPal account and I don't have a credit card, so what are my options?
I also accept personal checks or money orders. You MUST still go through the shopping cart process. Once you fill out your information you will come to a page which will allow you to just print out your order form and my address is on there. Send your completed order form with a check or a money order to my address. I will also be notified by email of your order and will start processing your order. Once payment is received, your purchase will be shipped. If you have an email address, I will notify you on the date your purchase was mailed.
4) I really, really love your art, and would love to have an original or even a couple of prints, but right now, it simply is not in my budget, do you offer a layaway or payment plan option?
I certainly do offer a layaway/payment plan option, as nowadays, everybody is on a budget, even me, and I totally understand. Art is a leisure item and you don't have to have it, so you could basically do without it, but if you really do want items from me whether it be an original piece or art or a couple of nice prints, I do offer a layaway/payment plan option at no interest and no extra fees whatsoever.
However, you must be absolutely sure this is what you want. I cannot give and will not give refunds of partial payments for any reason, basically because the money will already be spent on living expenses, bills, etc, etc. Now whereas I cannot give money/refunds, things do come up that cannot be avoided, and exceptions can be made for products of equal value for the amount you have paid to me.
At least 1 payment MUST be made every 30 days, either by PayPal, check, or money order. Partial orders can be sent when an item or items on your order when the item/items in question have been paid in FULL, that way you won't have to wait for items that you've paid for in full. :O)
Now if you miss a payment, I will have to relist the item/items in question, especially original works of art.
If you still want to do this, you MUST place your order/orders through the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and when you come to the page where it says "to pay by check or money order" print that page out and mail it to me with a $15.00 payment (a minimum payment of $15.00 MUST be sent with your order; this payment is deducted from your total and does not count as an actual payment, see example below).
Once your first payment and your order are received, I will in return send you your payment plan sheet with an order number that I shall assign you. The payment list and accepted payment plan is below:

Please note the first $15.00 minimum payment DOES NOT count as an actual "payment" from the list above. The $15.00 will be deducted from your total amount.
Example:
Purchase Total Amount: $100.00
- 15.00 (required first payment)
Amount Now Due $85.00 (which can be broken down into 3 payments according to list above equaling 3 equal payments of $28.33, with each payment being made within 30 days of each other.)
