Hello and welcome to the FAQ page.  I appreciate you taking the time to read the most frequently asked questions page!  So let's get started!!  There is a lot of information on this page, so please scroll down. Words or phrases in bold text have short defintions at the bottom of the page.

#1) WHAT SIZE PRINTS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRINTS REPRODUCED?

Currently, I have made some of my creations available in 12x16, 8x10, 5x7, and 2.5x3.5 (ATC/ACEO) size, (not all creations are available in the 12x16).  Prints are open edition unless otherwise specified.  If a print is a limited edition, a thorough explanation about that particular print will be displayed alongside or around the print in question.  All of my open edition prints, ATCs, and other merchandise are all made from the original creation.  I use high-quality glossy photo paper for the "cartoony" prints/reproductions.  The limited edition prints are reproduced on a variety of surfaces from Bristol paper, watercolor paper, and even real cotton canvas sheets!  Each limited edition will have these specifics on that particular creation.

#2) DO YOU OFFER PRINTS ELSEWHERE?

Absolutely and positively!!  I also have 2 eBay stores, "Art by Ronne" and "Enchanted Cartoons" where I frequently auction prints, ATCs, and even ORIGINALS!  I even sell some prints at my eBay stores, which may not be available here on the website.

#3 HOW DO YOU ORDER PRINTS ONLINE?

It's simple, easy, and SECURE to order prints online from this site!  Simply Browse the Gallery and use the "Add to Cart" buttons to purchase.  Just follow the payment instructions from there!

#4 WHAT IS PAYPAL AND WHY DOES THE "ADD TO CART" BUTTONS TAKE ME THERE?

PayPal is a simple, fast, easy, and SECURE way to order online.  PayPal is the online secure system that powers my shopping cart.  You can choose to create a PayPal account, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO!  PayPal now has an option where you DO NOT HAVE to sign up for a free account.  Just follow the online instructions to make one-time payments!  If you do want a free account from PayPal all you have to have is an email address and its free, you even get to make up your own password to access your account!  If you are still not interested in using PayPal, I will still gladly accept your order through email.  I ONLY accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks through the mail.  I DO NOT accept credit cards through the mail or through email.  If you use your credit card, you MUST go through the PayPal SECURE SERVER.

#5  I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD/PREFER NOT TO DO TRANSACTIONS ONLINE/UNABLE TO PLACE ORDER ONLINE, CAN I STILL PURCHASE MERCHANDISE AND PRINTS FROM YOU?

Absolutely!!  You can simply email me at ronne@webworkz.com or ronnebarton@hotmail.com with your order.  I will provide my address to you once order has been placed.  Once payment is received, I will ship your order.  Personal checks need to be allowed a grace period of 10 days to clear before order is sent.  I will send you a confirmation email when I receive the order, your payment, and another email when I ship your merchandise.  Another little hint, if ordering through email, please place "Order" in the subject line, as these emails will be given PRIORITY over other emails.  Remember, I DO NOT accept credit cards this way.  Payments through the mail MUST be in US dollars.

#6  HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING/HANDLING?  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

All orders through my website are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; according to US Postal Service Priority Mail rates for 2-3 day shipping range from $3.90 to $5.90.  Orders placed through my website for price range $0.99 to $9.99 have a S/H rate of $3.90, anything above $10.00 will have a USPS Priority Mail S/H rate of $6.00.  This covers S/H as I securely package all items with care.  Once items are purchased and payment has been accepted, I ship within 24 to 48 hours of the payment. 

#7 DO YOU MATTE/FRAME?

At the current time, all prints and originals are not matted and not framed.

#8 DO YOU SELL ORIGINALS ON YOUR SITE?

At the present time, I only sell ORIGINALS at eBay.  Click each link to see the availability of my originals.  The cartoony originals are located at "Enchanted Cartoons" and other originals are, if any, will be located at "Art by Ronne", this store tends to favor more realism.  Eventually, I will also offer ORIGINALS on this site.

#9.  DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?

At the present time due to my very busy schedule, I do not accept commissions.

#10.  DO YOU SELL TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS?

Yes and no.  I DO NOT sell to international buyers from the website, but DO through my eBay stores, "Art by Ronne", and "Enchanted Cartoons".  Please link to those stores for further information on international purchases.

#11  DO YOU SELL PRINTS FOR WHOLESALE?

I would probably consider selling wholesale to buyers who sell prints in their shops, or online.  As I handle all correspondence myself, you can email me at ronne@webworkz.com for questions on pricing.

#12  DO YOU ACCEPT LICENSING AGREEMENTS?

Yes, you may email me at ronne@webworkz.com if you are interested in licensing my creations.

#13  WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU OR SEE MORE OF YOUR ART?

#14.  CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES ON MY SITE OR USE THEM FOR TAGGING?

Due to infringement of the copyright laws, you MAY NOT use any of my images for any reason without obtaining permission from me the artist and creator.  I occassionally allow the "tags", but you MUST obtain my permission, and I also have a few restrictions that must be maintained if I do grant permission to use my images.  You can email me at ronne@webworkz.com with "permission" in the subject line.

#15  I STILL HAVE A QUESTION THAT YOU DID NOT ANSWER ABOVE, HOW CAN I REACH YOU?

If you still have an unanswered question after reading all of the above, you are more than happy to email me at ronne@webworkz.com and please place something referring to your question in the subject line as I do not open emails that have a blank subject line, this is to protect me and my home system.  Please allow 2-3 days for a response due to the number of emails I receive in 1 day.
